The beginning of the process went really quick; had an intro call with the recruiter and then had the final round with the CTO 3 business days later. They gave the impression I would hear from them soon, but then the weeks came and went and nothing. I even followed up with the recruiter about a week after my last interview, but didn't hear anything. I'm not too surprised since they mentioned multiple times that they are majorly overwhelmed when it comes to recruiting. But maybe a good place to start would be to at least have the consideration to send rejection letters to candidates.
