I was invited to a phone screening interview that took about 30 minutes. The questions were mostly standard interview questions. I was told that I would hear back in a week, but they ghosted me.

I was interviewed twice in the office, once by HR, department head and Manager, Once by HR and manager, then once by phone, and asked to provide samples of spreadsheets etc. They called all my references....They said they would have a decision in a couple of weeks. I have been calling or emailing every few weeks for FOUR MONTHS and keep being told that the position was still under review. A month ago, they re-listed the job with lower qualifications, but they still didn't notify me that I wasn't being considered any longer. Needless to say, this was an extremely frustrating experience and made me question my skills and my sanity. Also needless to say, I've been pursuing other options, but would still like the satisfaction of being told what the deal is.
