I was told this was a great place to work by a few former colleagues. I was put forward and spoke to HR and a few others doing the same role. Had a great video call with a VP in the US. Went down hill with the video call with the panel. They were generally not interested and none of them had their cameras on. They said I had got through to the next stage. However got I call from HR saying I showed no enthusiasm. Then I was questioned about my achievements in the past. Something is very wrong in the approach here
