Interviewer first looked at the details about from which state am from. Hope he was tamilian and pre decided not to select, he was asking all text book theoretical kind of questions, not willing to check hands on experience which is important for higher experience positions.

Six Rounds of Interview, Three rounds of Technical(2 F2F and 1 Telephonic) , Two Rounds of Manager interview(One from Bangalore F2F and another from US Telephonic) and HR round. Technical Rounds were good with couple of interesting questions. There were questions from application performance(Tools used), Oracle DB (Query tuning, Query writing and Schema Design), Java/J2ee, SDLC followed in current company, Srping, Struts & ORM Frameworks and design process followed in current company.
