I went through 5 interview stages: online test, team leaders, division supervisor, HR and CEO.
They were looking for knowledge in C/C++, data structures, OS principles, memory allocation, concurrency, and more..
In general it was good vibes and the HR interview was very cheerful and straightforward

what will happen if 2 threads are running through the same loop, increment a variable 'i' and print it out (should be able to describe all the possible results for 'i' and which system calls are being called)
the interviewers were extremely nice and kind, they made sure i was relaxed before diving into the technicalities. the questions were challenging but definitely solvable and they help out alot
