Met the Director of Business Development at a Career Fair and dropped of my resume. Got a call from an account executive to come in for an interview. Super informal interview, people were prepping for a shoot, but both were friendly. Followed up with a thank you email after the interview and got offered the position.

Initial short phone interview with very basic questions. Scheduled an interview at their office, just days later. Very laid back setting, distractions across the office. Didn't ask very hard questions. Did not tell me that marketing interns would have to do cold calls to ad agencies.
