Interview process was completed within two months. One remote interview and one in person interview. Hiring manager will reach out via email to schedule. After the first interview, second interview was scheduled the following week or two.

Entrevista
First was a phone screening with Kristin Florian who was IT Customer Support Supervisor with general questions. One that stuck with me was "What are three things that you think an IT professional should posses?"
The second interview was face to face at their Houston office in the Greenway Plaza complex. I was in front of Kristin and Mike Watson (Information Tech Director). Also present was their main Lakewood team virtually. They asked more standard questions about my day to day at my current job, why I chose them and why i wanted to leave my current job.
Third interview was virtually with a Senior VP. He asked me the same set of questions. Everything went well but I can tell his tone shifted when he noticed I had a Masters. Maybe it was just me but he seemed surprised. He blatantly admitted he only had an Associate’s degree. So be prepared to have more education than upper tier employees if you get the position I suppose.
