I sat down and chatted with the manager. She was very unprofessional every time I met her. Eating in the front area, during my interview.. She was no stranger to swearing in public. She trash talked customers, including a blind woman with a seeing eye dog. She told me her hispanic coworker was lazy, hated to clean and didn't vacuum often. She also told me about a middle aged 'fat' man that used to work there. He left poop on the toilet seat, so she'll never ever hire another middle aged male, or fat person again. She went on to tell me about one such person that had applied, that she proudly discriminated against. She also discriminated openly against a young female applicant, stating that she was just not dealing with 'that' and told "Tai" her manager that if he hired either that fat guy, or the young woman (over 18) she'd quit her job.
