Just one interview with hiring manager for 30 minutes. Talked one on one without any behavioral questions. Questions were all technical asking about topics within the field and some open ended questions

Intro phone call followed by an in person interview to evaluate technical knowledge and soft skills. They care mostly about your personality and whether or not you will mesh with the group as a whole.

I applied online via my university's website and got an invitation to a phone interview the next day. The phone interview was set up 2 days later. It lasted for about 30 minutes.
