Entrevista
Soon after I applied online, I was invited to take an online interview. This was a one-way webcam interview, to be completed at my leisure before a set deadline. I had 30 seconds to read the question and formulate an answer, then was allowed up to 3 minutes to deliver each response. This was supposed to provide their HR a more consistent interview conduct and an efficient way of reviewing the candidates.
Although I understand the reasons they gave for this approach, I was disappointed by the lack of face-to-face (human) interaction. The questions were standard, but talking to a camera was difficult. I completed the interview for the experience, but wondered if I would really want to work for a company that automates their Human Resources.

There were no unexpected questions--these were fairly standard HR questions, and not specific to the job. One question focused on flexibility to change in the workplace.
Lots of situational interview questions - be prepared to share the situation, action, and result. Several rounds of interviews - one with a screener, one with two district managers, one with a regional manager.

It was very professional and short. She was very detailed and kind. She walked me through the benefits and the role. We also discussed the recruiting process and timelines. We focused the discussion on my experience and the companies I worked for. We also discussed the company culture and their focus on diversity, equality and inclusion.

I had a phone screen with a recruiter then I interviewed with the district manager. It was mostly a conversational interview. The hiring manager kept prolonging giving me a decision and finally after three weeks post-interview, I was told an intern would be doing the field sales in that district instead, interesting to say the least.
