I recently interviewed for a marketing role at Tails.com and, overall, my impression was that the company seemed a positive place to work.
However, I'd say the organisation of the interviews could be improved. For the second stage of the interview process, I was asked to complete a skills based test. The internal talent acquisition team emailed me about this but forgot to attached the test and, despite several follow up emails from myself, it took over a day and half before I received the test to complete.
The third stage involved a panel interview with the hiring manager and another member of the marketing team. Upon joining the meeting, I was advised that I should have received an initial test in advance but, once again, this had not been provided by the talent acquisition team.
My only other comment was that it took quite a lot of chasing to get feedback on my interview.
Nonetheless, my impression was that the company seems a great place to work and it's at an interesting point in it's lifecycle. My concern is that the organisation of some of the interview elements could put some candidates off.
