Phone interview at first, which was supposed to be a brief 30 minute chat, but the person on the phone was so engaged and genuine in their interest to know more about me, and so was I in the company, that we spent an hour chatting away.
I was then sent a technical test, which I completed and sent back for evaluation.
When I was invited to an on site interview, I had different team members interview me, and it felt like talking to old friends - everyone was super positive, the interview questions weren't the typical clichè once you'd normally get, but genuine, challenging and interesting to think about.

Great interview process with friendly people, including a take-home coding exercise and a follow-up discussion call with four engineers reviewing solutions, collaboration style, and technical decision-making together in supportive environment.

I had a phone screen with the Engineering Manager, a take home code test and lots of interviews in a row with different engineers, some of them in pairs and some were 1:1.

The coding test was a python+js web application to search for stores, the face to face interviews were about my working experience and my career goals and diagramming some ideas. The interview and questions were very varied and some engineers made me feel quite comfortable. Thankfully, it did not feel like an interview that would be only focused on my knowledge and skills but also on a company culture fit...
