The interview process went very quickly, which illustrates the company to be fast-moving. However, the overall process was unsatisfactory. I got 1 video interview and 2 follow-ups face-to-face interview and did not get the job in the end. I asked the interviewer for feedback (a few times) but they did not answer and remained silent. It's very normal to get rejected during an application but it's not okay to pretend like they care about their employees and at the same time, remained silent when they were asked to give a constructive feedback.
