Apply online and do assessment. Manager will call you in, ask you a couple questions and if you're not a complete moron, then they will complete your background check, btw they get tax write off if you're a felon. Make sure if you are an ex con that you see the manager on duty before you apply and get freindly. Make sure they know your situation.

Handed in an application to the manager and got an immediate interview. The man was nice and asked simple questions such as "Can you tell me more about yourself?" and "Do you have experience in the restaurant business?". After all of that he told me I was hired!
