you come in. let the manager know you have arrived and be seated in the lobby and await the rgm or agm. they will then greet you and ask and series of questions. after all is said and done if you had a interview with the agm they will call you for a 2nd interview with the rgm. if you have the interview with the rgm she will let you know on the spot if your hired or fired and if by chance you have a shift manager interview you they will have to sit with the rgm review your interview and see if your eligible for a 2nd interview.

Easy process. Standard in the industry. Started with just a phone call with a representative and then did two more rounds of interviews. Everyone I talked to was pleasant. Team seemed understaffed and they preferred someone bilingual.
