Called to follow up on my application and was asked to schedule an interview, when I show up for the interview all I was asked was what my references would say about me. Once he saw one of my references was my local band director I was hired on the spot.
Walked in, sat at table and got asked a couple questions about my availability -and preferences for the job. Very casual, not stressful at all, talked about paperwork and expectations as well as employee benefits. Asked if I had reliable transportation.
I had two interviews and they were really nice I started working a few days later after the second interview. The interviews were very easy, fast, comfortable, nice, calm and great.
