5 rounds of interview in 4 weeks - HR interview 45 mins - Written task 1 hour - Regional VP interview 30 mins - HR Manager interview 30 mins - Global HR Interview 30 mins Asking same questions over and over again. The recruiter tried to make the process as long as possible so they can compare more candidates which is common, but they still made up excuses like having an offsite or sick leave to extent the timeline and made candidate wait. After finished all 5 rounds I got an rejection letter, they also emailed me saying that they'd like a phone call to share more details, which is good and I provided my time as they requested meanwhile waiting response for a whole day. They never called. Another day wasted. I wrote back to complain, they then said they were too busy and just had the time to read email. Isn't that ridiculous or what. All in all, the interviewers (from VP to global HR) seemed polite during the conversations, but honestly the whole process made me feel they actually show no respect to candidate's time.
