3 VCs and an on-site over the period of a month. All very positive up until they stopped communicating. 2 days after the on-site interview they refreshed the advert, and I emailed requesting an update. I chased again after 2 weeks and received an email offering zero feedback on the interviews or rationale behind their decision to pass on my application. The effort they put into their candidate experience didn't reflect the effort I put in as a candidate and lack of real feedback (and doing it by email) reeks of lacklustre and inauthenticity. BIG red flags on what life would be like to work there.
