I was excited for the opportunity of the interview but really didn't like the interview process. There was a disconnect from the moment I spoke with the recruiter. There was no enthusiasm from them. I didn't feel like this was a position I would be excited about because it didn't seem like they were. Maybe it could've been a bad day but the experience had me look in another direction.

The hiring process was nice. There was first an interview with a technical recruiter who was extremely personable, kind, and attentive. From there, we were told that we were going to contacted by another person and scheduled for panel interviews

HR People who obviously know ZERO about the Technology that she is hiring for. Just A MAJOR FYI hire HR People that understand Database Technology. It was honestly embarrassing how I literally had to walk my contact through the Tech that (they) were hiring for. The HR process over there is comical.
