Applied via referral. Had a screening interview with the recruiter. Interviewed in person with the hiring manager. Interviewed in person/ over phone with others on team. Interviewed in person over phone with key leadership across departments. Received an offer and negotiated a salary. Bonus/ Stock Options standard for level of role. Started 2 weeks later.

A Skype interview with the recruiter who was totally unfriendly, was not looking at me during the interview. He didn't seem to be interested in the process, however the feedback was positive
The process with the recruiter was easy to schedule the interviews. The actual interview was a panel process with managers in multiple departments. I had 2 follow up interviews that were scheduled over a 3 week period. The actual interview process was long and drawn out. I had to send multiple emails to follow up to find out I didn't get the position.

It was awful process, I did 3 interviews and succeeded all of them and after 2 months of back and forth emails, I have been told that they were not able to send me an offer because of changes to the position they previously advertised. They have the worst recruitment process ever and their recruiters especially in EMEA are not professional at all.
