Pretty straight forward like any other interviews. The interviewer was very friendly and nice, asked 3-5 questions and had about 2 minutes to answer each question while she wrote it down on a piece of paper to pass it up to the upper management.

Why you'd be a good fit
Group Interview with other candidates, presenting yourself as an individual is much harder as you are striving to stand out amongst others who are unknown to you and want the same position.
Casual. It wasn't bad, but the questions weren't quite what I expected. It was hard to focus because the stores are in malls so it was busy with no office area to go too.
