Had a pre screening and then another phone interview, then got brought in to the office for the final interview. The beginning part was fine but the second half was brutal. Got all sorts of critical thinking questions thrown at me and did not know how to answer some to be honest, and I was spoken down to by the CEO. It was the most intense interview I'd had to-date and I walked away thinking I did awful and failed miserably. Afterwards I shared an elevator with a current employee and he said if I felt like I failed and did terribly, it meant I probably got the job. To my surprise, I received an offer the next week. Should have known that sort of condescending behavior would be a theme my entire employment there.
