Invited to a face-to-face interview shortly after submitting my application. 1st interview was with HR and IT Group Manager. Very good interview, felt welcomed and asked thorough questions around my experience and skill sets and how they would apply to the role being applied for. Second interview was to an audience of 3 including the Director of Finance and Business Support Services. Had to give a 10 minute presentation followed by in depth questioning around my skills and experience as well my understanding and expectations of the role. It was also refreshing to have many questions around personality and how I would fit within the organisation. Was very impressed with the organisation, office environment and all the staff that I met.
