Entrevista
The interview process can sometimes be long as the HR and/Recruiter can be slow and the red tape and paperwork and approvals are lengthy. Sometimes it could take up to 6 months before a person is interviewed and hired. The interview itself is usually a panel interview with two or more managers. The questions are mixed with general and job specific. For some managers a supervisor assessment is used for applicants who are excepted.
