Very difficult I did 4 rounds of interviews. The process was not well put together. I’m not sure if it’s because they were short staffed. It wasn’t ideal, and seems as if they weren’t communicating with each other. I was only in the interviewing process and I felt like I was given most of the responsibility to keep the communication in tact.
