There was an initial phone interview with an HR employee. This went over my resume and the general job description. Next, I had an interview with two members of the tax team, where they delved into the specifics of the job title. During this process they also asked me questions in regard to why I would be an asset to their team, for an example of work I have done in the past, and about my goals.
