First interview was a 1 on 1 video screening. If you pass the first interview, you are given an assessment test before a second group video interview. If you do not pass the assessment test, you will not get a second interview. The assessment test is part personality and part problem solving.

Entrevista
Multiple phone, Teams, and in-person interviews that drag on for weeks and you never really know what's going on or where you stand. Interview questions are not difficult; more conversational. But they seem to talk out of both sides of their mouth.
