Applied online and did online assessments. Then received an email to schedule an interview. Scheduled the following day. Its after I showed up I was shocked at what happened. First of all so many current employees kept walking in complaining about pay issues and unable to re solve. So much so they caused a scene in front of us in the waiting room. It was so unprofessional. Then 45 min after my appointment time they pull a bunch of us into a interview room for not a interview. They basically just say this is the job this is what it is and what it pays. They then gave the option to leave. This is the first interview in my life I have ever left. I never in a million years saw an operation like this one. Had they just said in email how it works and what the pay was going to be I would have not wasted my time or their time by showing up.
