I submitted and application through an employment agency. When I was accepted by TSTT for interview it was a panel interview. First I had to fill in an employment form with all of the information already available on my resume. The panel asked the typical customer service questions about difficult customers and why I wanted to work in customer service. It was okay

Easy and straight forward the questions were the usual ones asking about past work ethics and what can you contribute to the company. It was 4 or 5 persons on the panel and it lasted about 30 minutes
