Was contacted by phone (!) rather than email, the recruiter somehow expected me to be available on a wimp at her disposal after I noticed late that I had a message left in my phone, because how dare someone is busy during the day and should be able to pick up phone without notice, right? Tried to phone back. Nobody ever answered, straight to "unavailable" vocal message. Tried to send a message on phone to coordinate. Nobody ever got back to me. What a failure of a recruitment process. Paint a dire picture of the company, and it does not bode well for the rest. Reading the reviews here, now I get it.
