Consisted of a series of several interviews including management, senior management and peer/co-workers. A variety of questions were asked in regards to technical skills, problem solving skills, culture and values. While the environment appeared somewhat formal, the interviews and interviewers were fiarly causal in conversation. They were also very open to answering any questions about the company.
