it's a easy process then you have to go to a week training pass the insurance test then start another week of training once your actually job begins then a month process of answering phones before you really start

The interviews are set into 3 interviews if you pass you make it in. Sometimes it is with a manager that you will not be working with but it is to get a clear idea of what kind of personality you have and an overview of what you will do.
It was a mass hiring event starting in about June where I waited about 1.5 hours before an interview in a room with the other potential candidates. The actual interview was very basic with nothing about me as a person.

Consisted of two phone interviews. One with recruiter and the other with hiring manager. Once selected I was enrolled into a pre license course and it was paid for. Including getting my insurance license.
