It was one phone interview. They asked me a ton of baseball questions like playing experience and any other jobs i had in baseball. Along with technical stuff such as IT. The hirer was very laid back. It was like talking to a friend.

exchanged emails, arrange for a phone call to discuss experience and role of interns in the company. phone call was about 30 minutes. questions were not very difficult - basically confirming what skills i had already put on my resume, describing what the interns do, etc. open and honest about long term consideration for hiring full time
