This was one of the most bizarre interviews I’ve ever had. Since attending this interview, I have heard much more about TPP from former employees. It’s an odd place to work. From the off, it felt strange. I was described by reception as “the interview”, and when I raised an eyebrow, met with a blank look by the receptionist. Despite many years as a practising clinician, using TPP’s SystmOne in the field, it became clear after a short time that my experience wasn’t credible to the interviewers. It was clear, too, unlike every other interview that I have had in the public and private corporate sectors before and since, that this was not a two-way process: I was told two questions was too many. Then there was the legendary question about the red and green marbles in a bag. I’m afraid, Reader, that I did laugh at my interviewers, just a little bit. All I can say is that the Glassdoor reviews are based on real-life experiences. The culture at TPP is odd. I left feeling like I had an interview in a parallel universe.
