Muy tardado el proceso de contratación y las entrevistas suelen tener reclutadores muy groseros, no pagan bien y no respetan horarios aunque uno se los lleve son muy negreros y tienen reglamentos internos que son una ridicules hacen antidoping pero más del 89% van drogados

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
