- the questions asked were easy to answer. 1st iv was with hr, they late to the call and it took 20mins for them to join. 2nd iv went well with the manager.
- accepted the offer but however they last minute called me to change me to customer service positions. I was like??? and I had to iv again for a different role.
- and as expected, for the customer service role interview, they didn't show up at all for the interview session and I waited 30mins.
The interview is easy, and it's handled by the team leader. The questions asked are mostly basic. As long as you answer calmly and confidently without stuttering too much, you should be able to get the job.

The interview personnel were nice and supportive and well informed.
The interview was on the easier side with regular questions about job type, company expectations and future possibilities. I passed the interview but I was not interested in doing any night shifts so had to decline the offer. I would be applying again to see if they have a vacancy for a flexible position.
