3 interviews, one with recruiter, 2 with a manager each. The last one was with the supervisor of the project and all
Done at the same day. They didn’t take more than 30 minutes and the questions were typical customer service questions
Online assessment then Virtual Office zoom meeting. Then they let you know whether you passed the assessment before onboarding you. If you didn't pass the assessment you are invited after 30 days to retake the assessment.

The interview process was online which included typing, listening and reading test. Also analytical questions as well. All these sections are time bound. Once you complete the assessment and are successful. The offer letter is sent within a day.
