interview process start with Hr Round: where Hr will test your confidence and communication skills and ability to translate language to another language. then there will be operation round where a manager will test your confidence by asking question based on the Curriculum vitae. after that they will hire you if everything goes right and call you for the documentation and onboarding process starts .

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.

The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
