Really quick, at my time there was a huge demand for people from my country, the recruitment process took 1 week. The questions where pretty general, how would I respond to customers, how do I handle stress, how well do I work with targets etc. There was 1 initial interview upon which I was asked to to tests. After this there was a 2nd interview going more specific into the operation.

All is Good but it may take time to be called. Process cant be done in a day if you will not go in the hub panctually. Interviewer was letting you understand all the question first and not rushing you for giving answers.
It was time consuming but understood it's the way they have to operate to ensure they find the best candidates to fit their projects, after it was over felt ease and a sense of accomplishment. If something needed to be recorded there was multiple attempts given which made it feel relaxed and giving the applier sense of autonomy and ability to give the best impression and high-light ones professionalism.
