I was endorsed by a recruitment firm. When we got to TP, we went to the recruitment help desk and we were asked to fill up an online application form. Then, we took up an online exam which consisted of three parts: typing test, computer knowledge test, and a listening test. A personality test came after. Then we were called for the initial interview. If you passed the interview, you will be scheduled either for a phone simulation or the final interview, whichever comes first. In my case, the initial interview finished at noon, then phone simulation at 5 PM (I finished the phone sim at 8:30 PM, btw), final interview the next day at 6PM. The phone simulation was a bit easier than I imagined. There were no scripts but everything you need to gather was already in front of you. The final interview was okay. But, the HR told me that I failed the final interview. Then, I received a call from the HR telling me the manager reconsidered me and invited me to come to TP for the job offer. I think the initial interview was a different process for other applicants. Some went through another listening test or story retelling or what else the interviewer can think of. Or maybe it also depends on the result of your initial interview.
