Firs a phone screening (about 20-30 minutes). then a Skype interview (the personal one was not possible, for about 1 hour 20 minutes), then a German oral test, then an interview with the other managers to which the person in the role reports to.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews and it was an amazingly smooth process. Both the interviews were at different days. The only issue was that they took almost a month to come back with a offer.

Everyone was so consistent and explaining company values and beliefs. They were really interested in learning how could I be a contributor to their organization and I was thoroughly impressed with their company success and corporate responsibility to the community. I learned they gave $2mil plus to a charity of my favorite choice and immediately I knew I'd be a good fit for the company.
