it was a phone interview and the HR was talking too fast at speaking which was hard to catch what she was saying and didn't give me any feedback despite she mentioned she would do it but not.

The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal
