3 stages. HR, Team leader, Cluster manager.
The HR called first, then since it went good, I got a meeting with my team leader (if I got the job). That went well, and I then got an interview with the cluster manager who was the last opinion if I should get the job.

We did different types of sales roll play for example.
Very quick and efficient. I’d personally say the entire process was easy if you have experience. They would ask you to answer basic questions, such as experiences and how you navigate objections. Recruiters kept it professional and organized.
Simple over the telephone conversation, asking about background, studies, etc. They called after a long time and I had already found another job so I asked very few questions about the position and did not go on with it.
The have a step by step process followed, all documented and you can request for feedback. They are polite, final interview is challenging since you are being interviewed by the ops manager
