Their HR contacts you quite shortly after you apply. I've passed the test (so they said) but then they've picked somebody else and literally banned me. I don't know whether they are discriminating me or not. I've been told they pay attention to the background of the applicant l, that must be pertinent to the project. But in their calls they always use the expression "previous experience in X is preferable but not mandatory). I'm not disappointed because I've found more reviews online, by people who find this company extremely unprofessional. So I'm not interested to work in such environment. Still it makes me nervous anyway

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
