Entrevista
The process had 3 parts. The first was a kind of filter interview, quite short. The second was really similar with another HR person. The third was with a team leader. The HR/recruiters were quite friendly but lacked specific knowledge about the project they were interviewing for. They did not have much of an ability to answer basic questions. The final interview with the team leader was really the issue. The team lead was rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. I think perhaps HR should do more quality control in how team leads conduct their interviews. The real issue I saw was that this team leader was not the kind of person you would EVER want to work for. He presented a really awful image of what the company culture was like. That is an issue. Culture is very important and if someone shows you they are NOT in any way a good manager, why work for them? Interviews go two ways--they have to select you and you have to select them.
quick and kind of unprofessional a lot of info was missing from the interview to being hired. was done over zoom so there was some issue there but it was fine overall
Baixo da média que se pratica na área em Portugal mas boas pessoas para trabalhar em equipa ou num momento de risco se projeto gostei bastante no geral de que tudo o que aprendi e me fez crescer e trabalhar com muita gente boa
It was majorel back then but then its very transparent. Its fair with its new recuriting process. The only problem is during the transition, there are a lot of process that wete lost
