The process seems the same today, and I plan to work there again.
The day after submitting the form, I called them, arranged an interview, and e-mailed my resume. They gave us an easy typing test and personality test, then and interview.
After I passed the first interview, they scheduled a second interview, where I was accepted.
They gave us paid training for the job.

Pretty straight forward, HR interview followed by an overall assessment and then a Final interview with someone from senior team (trainer).
Assessment consists of English written-verbal, typing, Quantitative and Personality based questions.

In the beginning I had to take a test. It consisted of two parts; in the first part I had to prove efficient language skills, whereas in the second one I had to prove efficient computer skills. Afterwards there was a short interview and another one, which took a little bit longer.
