You will have a screening interview with Human Resources. If they feel you meet minimum requirements, then you will have another interview with a Director and/or Executive Vice President of Client Services.

HR questions are pretty straightforward with some behavioral questions. The questions from the Director / EVP will be more qualifications-specific. If interviewing with EVP, expect some questions to intentionally catch you off guard. He like to see how you react under pressure since you could often be taken by surprise when interacting with clients.
