The interview process was scheduled for two full hours. It included two main parts, test and personal interview.
1. Multiple choice questions on the company`s general knowledge. 13 questions with 4 options each. Not difficult, many of them intuitive or general knowledge. It is always important to read about the company before attending the interview.
2. Written answer to a customer `s complaint case. I was given a written email complaint of a customer and I had to provide an answer in written in different languages, depending on the requirements of the position.
3. Interview with HR agent. General questions.
4. Interview with Area Supervisor. Specific Questions.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
