What the main thing they ask
The single main thing Teleperformance interviewers care about is how you communicate under pressure. They care less about what technical knowledge you have, and much more about how you say it.
The absolute core of the interview boils down to one question pattern and one specific test:
They advertise job openings and never give any feedback. When called they have no idea that there's such job. After more than a month I called to have any information and there was none. Was called later on to ask for my availability to work in customer support.
