The interview process was very conversational and felt more like storytelling than a traditional interrogation. I had the opportunity to share my honest opinions and dive deep into my career history. The final interview was particularly relaxed, focusing on my past work experiences and how those skills would transition into this Customer Service Representative role. It was a very positive, dialogue-driven experience.

They were very curious about my previous role as a KOL Marketing Assistant and asked me to explain exactly what my daily tasks and responsibilities were in that position.

Entrevista
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
